The
Cultural Heritage Committee of the Pasadena-Foothills
Association of REALTORS is dedicated to providing
information and educating the public about our architectural
heritage, the importance of its preservation, and the
enhancement of the architectural and historical value of
their homes.
Our communities are unique in
their wealth of historically significant homes and public
buildings, and in their wonderful neighborhoods, with their
tree-lined streets and delightful ambiance.

To achieve the highest
value for a home, one must enhance and maintain its architectural
integrity: by using appropriate materials, and by restoring it in
a way to reflect the period in which the home was
built.
We want to stimulate
awareness of this rich architectural heritage by offering you the
