Market Survival Seminars for REALTORS®:

To help REALTORS® meet the demands of the current market, C.A.R. presents a series of six, day-long, educational seminars at various locations across the state:

  • Riverside - Thursday, April 3
  • Fresno - Tuesday, April 8
  • San Diego - Wednesday, April 16
  • Oakland - Wednesday, April 23
  • Los Angeles - Wednesday, April 30

Cost:  $59 for C.A.R. members; $159 for non-members

Each of the six REALTOR® S.W.A.T. (Special Weapons and Tactics) seminars will focus on providing tools for surviving a down market, including detailed market trends and economic updates for specific regions presented by C.A.R. economists; panel discussions with leading experts on foreclosures and short sales; a choice of one three-hour continuing education course on either foreclosure or short sales, as well as a continental breakfast and lunch.

To enroll, or for more information about the S.W.A.T. seminars, specific times and location addresses, go directly to www.realtorswat.com
